The S41 is a regional railway line of the Zürich S-Bahn on the ZVV (Zürich transportation network). It connects the cantons of Zürich and Aargau, Switzerland with the state of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

S 41 Winterthur HB – Bülach – Bad Zurzach – Waldshut
The line runs from Winterthur via Bülach, canton of Zürich, and Zurzach, canton of Aargau, to Koblenz, Aargau, where it reverses direction before continuing to Waldshut in Germany.
Initially, the line was served by SBB-CFF-FFS push-pull trains.
All services are now operated by THURBO Stadler GTW trains.
The train frequency is usually one every 60 minutes.
